Confirmation & Concierge Follow-Up
Once booked, our team will review your reservation and follow up to confirm delivery details, enhancements, and any special requests.

To maintain the highest level of service and preparation quality, Roam F & A has minimum stay requirements based on delivery distance:

• 3-night minimum for deliveries within 50 miles
• Add 1 additional night for every 25 miles beyond 50 miles

Guests may reduce their calculated minimum by one night by adding our Extended Mileage Add-On.

For Gorge Amphitheatre stays and select direct bookings, guests may reduce their minimum by up to two nights when the Extended Mileage Add-On is included.
